Great customer service
My wife try to pay for my bill but this location have a terrific costumer service she wait 33minutes and nobody help her, I'm not recommend this location
Unfriendly, pushy employees that consistently provide incorrect/inaccurate information
If I could give them no stars, I would. I went in this store in AUGUST and they added a line to my account without my knowledge and I just found out about it today, Nov 27, T-Mobile costumer care will only credit me 100 of $220 I lost due to this stores mistake and it's completely unacceptable. The staff sucks and obviously doesn't know how to understand their costumers.
The staff are kind of slow at times
