Fantastic service tonight! My phone completely died on me after having it for three years and the associate had me in and out with my new phone very quickly and was very patient with me going through the process.

I went to sprint tho get my phone fixed they couldn't fix it i asked the manager Allie to add me another line to My account so that i could get another phone, she tells me i cannot add another line to My account lol. So I'm thinking either she's lazy or she doesn't know what she's doing. I left the store called my daughter store in Fayetteville NC yes that's right North Carolina! She took care of everything, had to wait about 4 days to get my phone which Allie could have done . I did get great service from Kristina and Kenneth thank you guys for activating my new phone.
