This is my worst experience in Best Buy, I never want to buy anything in here. I bought a display two days ago, but I open the box today, and I see it's already damaged. So I come to Best Buy and ask return it. But they just said I cannot return it, it's physics damage. God! How Can I believe it! They draw conclusion without checking it carefully.

Like others said, "rude staff and terrible customer service". To add on that, some of the geek squad staff are pretty arrogant and ignorant. I bought a two-year geek squad warranty, but it turns out to be a waste of money: anything happens, they would say "it is not covered and you should go to the manufacturer" with a I-dont-care smile, they dont even bother to look at the problem. Just a friendly reminder, use your credit card warranty extension or buy manufacturer warranty. DO NOT buy geek squad warranty.

I ordered a tablet online for in store pick-up and the website said it was available that day but when I called they said the order was still being filled. I told the guy on the phone I needed it before Christmas and that was on the 12/23/17. So I called again yesterday and expressed that I need it today because they are going to be closed tomorrow and I was told that they would send me an email to let me know when it is ready. I was also told not to come get it until they sent me the email. So here it is Christmas night and I have no tablet for my son. Thanks best buy. Do not believe anything they say it's a lie. First and last time I will shop here. Going back with Amazon cause when they say it is going to be there it is.

Went in for phone cases for my son and me. Scout showed us exactly what we needed and recommended purchasing an additional item to get a 25% discount. It basically got me a mini sd card free. Great customer service. Thanks, Scout and thanks, Best Buy.

On day 31 of their 30-day return policy for Elite members, I tried to return a product, made it clear that I would have settled for an exchange, because it was not fully compatible with my setup, and I was met with a stern no. No no no, they said, yesterday was the last day. Would not listen to the compatibility issues, did not care that I've been an ACTIVE Best Buy credit card member for almost 10 years. Just didn't care at all because it was one day late, no exceptions. I WILL NOT BE SHOPPING THERE AGAIN and I'm considering canceling my credit card and just buying from Amazon like everyone else.
