Slow service and inaccurate information given to seal the deal and get us to get their service. Didn't find it about omission of information on fees until I received a $400 bill. Not a happy customer, but now we're stuck with them

Nice, clean store. Moderately knowledgeable representatives. This is not a direct AT&T dealer - they are contract - so any troubleshooting or new service they do will be just above what you can do using the customer service number yourself.
I went from T-Mobile to Verizon now At&t less than a week but, we also have the cable, wifi with them I love it especially where we stay it works so good even better without wifi I love my note 8 I give it a 5 better service than T-Mobile.
