Had a problem with the steering on my car. They replaced the power steering pump, but it began leaking steering fluid. They said it was the rack and pinion. I had it towed to another shop. They found PT didn't put 2 O-rings back from the pump installation. PT may be adequate for oil changes, but nothing more! Instead of spending $800 to replace my rack and pinion, it cost about $80 to install the O-rings.
DO NOT take your vehicle here. They changed my oil and my vehicle wouldn't start afterwards due to a bad fuel pump and then wouldn't help me in any way. Denied responsibility, were confrontational and refused to acknowledge that they could have caused the problem.
Good, fast, and reasonable. What more could you want. BTW, there is a new owner and management team.
They have ripped my friend off and I really hope no one does business with a place like this. Her car was drivable and then she took it here and they "fixed" that problem and said she had a oil leak they would look at but wanted to be paid for what they already did. Now they're telling her she needs a new engine... Its sad that people would take advantage of a hard working person just to put a little cash in their pockets. I will be calling corporate and also telling everyone I know(which is alot of people fyi) not to do business here! This place is a sad excuse for a business. They couldn't care less about their customers.
