Let me tell y'all about my new mechanic Sean/Shawn. He and the whole Tiger Town team have done me right by my baby. They were honest and upfront about everything, made sound recommendations, and got Einstein back on the road running like new. Their team is wonderful and though I live in Atlanta, it is worth the journey.
Quick fast and great at communication with the right tool for the job. Very polite and lines move quickly if they are busy. Get in, get out and go to your next location. Great location in the middle of Tiger Town and does basic maintenance. Good customer service.
Friendly guys working but it was more like a 25 to 30 minute oil change instead of 10. Also, maybe one guy was a new employee, but after he explained the difference in the prices ($50 something or $70 something) depending on the type of oil I chose, a coworker came behind him and explained it differently, causing me to change my mind. I changed it not based on what he said, but based on the feeling they were trying to get me to spend as much money as possible. I doubt I'll go back; there are tons of other local places that perform oil changes to try.
