I have nothing bad to say about this place. Everytime I come here...I'm in and out. Which is a good thing considering that I have to drive 20 miles one way to get here. The staff is friendly and always willing to help.

She called the location down the road that had my battery and they were ready for me when I showed up. That's good service.
Wonderful people. It's not uncommon that they get busy and you have to wait a bit, but the excellent customer service is why it happens. I needed a new battery so bad that the jump box they keep in the store couldn't get my car started. The employee who helped me check for a battery pulled up her own car and got mine started.
