My car started jerking and rattling after I got off of I-85. I thought it was going to shut down. I drove into Downtown Tire at 4:50 (they close at 5) and Chris had them to check my car and they discovered the problem, ordered part and stayed until 5:50 to put it on. Above and beyond!!! Wonderful service!!!Chris is an asset to this business. I will be a return customer.
Me and my family was traveling and had a flat they had us back in the road in about 20minutes. The guy upfront see. my purple heart tag and when I went to check out he gave me a discount with out asking. What a great place with great people. I guess there are still good people in this world!
We were heading home from Kentucky to Florida, We just ate lunch and got in the car and the starter was bad. We called a tow company who recommended Downtown Tire & Auto. We called them on the way to see if they could service the car that day. The manager Chris Winslett said to come on in. By the time we arrived he had already ordered a starter and in less than 2 hours from leaving lunch we were back on the road going home. If I could rate them higher than 5 stars I would. Chris was fantastic and just an amazing person. I cannot thank them enough.
