Good place to crash. Efficient when solving a issue with your room. Very friendly staff!
This was my third consecutive year staying here at this property. Each year it seems to be gradually a little worse in terms of the overall cleanliness, inside and out. Overall the room was okay. There were a couple of burned out lights and non-functioning electrical sockets. The bed had a firm mattress as I like it. The pillows were as flat as a pancake and I glad I brought my own. Sagging curved shower rod. Generally good service at the front desk and cleaning results.

Next morning, paid for another day.
Now Im gonna walk down stairs and try to communicate with these folks, hopefully the mmanager to see if we can work this deal out. Pray. Anyone deserves a second chance to make things right. But if I do not get what said amenities I purchased, well then this would have been a totally 0 stars like should not even be in my hometown with this kind of poop service and deserves less than 0 stars!

Room312: Hair dryer blows up,I mean electrical fire, burn my finger, go to call desk, NO PHONE. Foreign kid at desk says no more dryer, and never brings phone. Forgot to mention to him while I was down there the remote don't work.
Very nice for the price, includes kitchen, quiet and clean, will stay again, front desk very friendly. Huddle House next door.

Guess I shoudnt have done that till they came to the room with clean towels cause its going on 3 and still no knock at the door for room service.
Not the best place, but certainly not the worst. Rooms were clean as well as linens and towels. A low budget stay if you're needing to be near auburn.
So Id like to share about what I'm experiencing. Started in 309. Can't get extra pillows (you mean to tell me every bed don't have one, hotel visiably far from capacity). I was in a pretty bad accident ribs broken need pillows NO PILLOWS. Hair dryer not working. Pay for another room with 2 beds, more pillows great, new hair dryer, Gucci.
