The staff is top notch here. The are understanding knowledgeable and empowered to resolve problems. My room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was one of the best breakfast I've had in the Wyndham chain
Very good stay. Staff is extremely nice, helpful, and professional. Rooms are very clean and well kept. Shower is amazing. Easy to get the temp set just right and plenty of water pressure. The only downside to the visit was it was a bit noisy due to our room being next to the outside door, stairwell, and exercise room. Ran a fan for white noise the second night and it was better. I will certainly stay here again, but in a different room.
All I can say is...WOW!!! I've used many different motels/hotels for my work. This particular visit was for pleasure. I just wanted to say that I've never seen that kind of attentiveness from all the staff...ever! Close to stores, restaurants etc., Clean rooms, nice pool. There's just something for everyone. Thanks for everything!!!

We checked in and they didn’t have a king size bed we were told upon making a reservation. This was the first disappointment. We go back downstairs and the lady at the desk was apologetic and puts us in a room with the queen bed/suit. Upon getting into our second room my husband finds in the bathroom the hand towel, it looked like it had been used when compared to the other towels. it was brown and had hair in it and it was thoroughly disgusting then we noticed a toenail on the carpet like it had not been vacuumed well. Then upon getting into the bed the pillows smelled very musty like body odor it was horrible. In the corner it smelled like urine that had dried and another musty smell. it was a terrible experience we packed up our stuff we were only in the room not even an hour and we left. Because we booked this hotel through a third-party we were not able to get a refund or a talk to a manager the manager we were told would return on Tuesday. We checked in on Saturday evening and had to late till Saturday talk to the manager. We left the hotel and went to the Marriott in town paid $60 more night, and was extremely satisfied.
