I have had to wait 2 months literally, on an oven from Lowes. Their service in the store is great. But, the people who ship it are terrible, they have no desire to deliver your item when they are supposed too. The delivery associates will talk down to you and are EXTREMELY rude. Have talked to the manager about it but with no change, the associates continued to treat us badly. He acted like he listened but I don’t believe he did. If you are going to buy something from them I highly advise not too. Home Depot is leaps and bounds better. I will never use Lowes ever again.
Very, very poor customer service. I called the store about 20 times yesterday with the phone only being answered 2 times. I deliberately let the phone ring on one phone call over 50 times. :-( Delivery scheduling is terrible. I called 2 times last week to schedule delivery for yesterday and called the store yesterday to make sure delivery would take place. I called delivery department and spoke with a young lady. She told me 2 times in 3 hours she would call me back. I called store about 5:10pm and spoke with an assistant manager who was extremely nice and apologetic. I will not be doing business with this store again. Customer service has gone way down. Sad when they used to be so good.
Mike W. in electrical was a great source of information but basically talked to me like I was a complete idiot on 9/28, used sarcasm towards me twice, and insulted me as I walked to checkout. I came back to the store 9/29/2017 and reported this to the manager who referred me to Troy, a general manager. I feel like he heard what I said but didn't listen to most of my point and even called Mike W. a "high energy" kind of guy. Dear Troy you suck at your job just like Mike W and you both can go have fun with Mike's excess energy. Mike W. still has a job because you allow him to.
Basically your typical Lowe's. The staff is very helpful and the layout is great. Much better than Home Depot with selection, customer service, and prices.
Customer service here is mediocre. The first few associates were extremely rude but the manager was very apologetic and helpful making up for such rude service
