I was seated immediately in a chair for a mani-pedi; waited approximately 1.5-2hrs just to have a pedicure. I never got my manicure because the female employee dashed off to service another patron....despite my initial request for a mani-pedi and despite my fingernails clearly being in need of a manicure. What business doesn't want to give customers a full service...why lose money but also future business?! This was my 2nd try & I wasn't that satisfied with the 1st time...I will NEVER go back!
