This is by far the worst experience ever. I was deciding on a polish while the tech was cleaning my polish off my toes. After he finished, he began polishing the first toe and asked if I liked the color, I made a face like, it's okay. He proceeded to polish the other one and asked if I like it. Before I could say, it's fine and it will grow on me, he in turn tells me that I need to decide, because he was not going to polish all ten and then I say I don't like it. This man was very rude and obnoxious. After that, I asked him to remove the polish from my 2 toes and I no longer wanted his services. He then tells me, mam, THIS WILL BE $7. I then asked, foorrrrrr, he said for his services. So, I had to think before I became upset and remember that I am a child of the most High God and remained come. Thanks you God for Jesus. Nevertheless, I asked another person to polish my toes, which she was the sweetest ever. These places must remember that we are paying customers who will like great customer service, especially when the customer is not giving them a hard time and when there's only 3 other people in the nail salon with 6 workers and 2 of them were not busy.
I will never go to this nail shop again. I went there a couple of weeks ago to get a full in. They charged me two different prices which didn't make since because all I got was a fill in. On top of that one of my nails broke not even two hours after I got them done. When I went back to go get it fixed they were very rude. I will not spend another dime there and I would be careful if I was you. Horrible Experience!!!
Arrived at 6:45 to get a manicure and pedicure for a boyfriends birthday. The salon was suppose to be open until 8:00 pm. There was only one client there. When I walked in one of the assistants said they were closed, I replied that I thought the salon was open until 8:00. She replied that they were closed, I asked why? She did she was sick as she was walking away from the front desk and that o should “ come back tomorrow “ I turned to the male assiantant that was still at the desk and asked, why would they be closing now they have been open all day, and are closing with one hour left, why did he have to leave too? His reply to me was that “ he had to take the other assistant home” Mind you there were two cars left in the parking lot after the last client left. That will be my last time going to this salon for service. Very disappointed.
I have had acrylic overlays for over 20 years and decided to step out of my comfort zone and try the dip style. I am completely in love with the way they look and feel. They are strong without being thick and very natural looking. If they hold up anything close to my overlays I will be a changed woman. Excited! The atmosphere is upscale and very clean. The staff was helpful and very thorough. I will be returning on a regular basis.
Very clean and it had a great atmosphere. The service was excellent. I'll definitely be back.
