Great customer service, I really don’t want to share who my stylist is because I don’t want to share her, she’s amazing. You can probably figure this out but she’s the manager and her name starts with a G and she never disappoints. I’m surprised with all the 1 star reviews, however, I’ve never experienced a bad haircut at this location. GREAT JOB!!
The franchise owners should also tell corporate Great Clips what they can do with their on-line check ins. Run the numbers owners, has business picked up since this. The number of patient customers hasn't.
I always see Andrew for my styling needs and he always goes above and beyond to do a great job. Stop in t see him & tell him I sent you.
I don't know why Great Clips keep replying to all these 1 star reviews like "Oh I'm sorry please contact us" No I don't want to even call after my experience with you guys and have to deal with another "great clips" employee. Why would I waste my time? Yall are horrible and need to shut down this place. Rude stylists, they are fast and careless, you will get cut and snipped if you go here. They aren't gentle at all and this DEFINITELY NOT A KID FRIENDLY PLACE. Everyone stay away and make the drive to go somewhere else. It is well worth it.
If after reading this review and you go here, you get what you deserve, bad cut, disrespect and a waste of time you will never get back.
