Great staff!
This is my first visit. I waited 8 minutes to sign in with the receptionist, then waited 45 minutes before getting called backed. The receptionist seemed offended when I asked was this normal after speaking to her at 37 minutes. Dr. Morrell then told the nurse with that I stated I was upset to him, which I did, and he doesn't like walking into these types of situations after seeing 3 new patients. Your time is very much not their concern. Mind you, I am still in the office an hour & a half later and the doctor has spoken to me all of 10 minutes.
Unprofessional staff! My wife went there to be seen for her foot. She overheard the doctor talking to the nurse about her xray. The doctor said this is a common injury sustained by marathon runners. The nurse replied trust me when you see her you will know she isn't a marathon runner. I'm utterly disgusted by this.
