I agree with previous posts about the service at this location. The bedside manner of Dr G. and the staff was extremely lacking. The Dr. walked in asked 3 questions, palpated my shoulder, and then left. After that a nurse walked in with 2 syringes and asked if I was ready. I was extremely confused. There was no explanation of what was wrong with me, there was no discussion of treatment I was about to receive, and there was no discussion of a medical path forward. Just injections and prescriptions of meds that don't help my condition. Save your money and go elsewhere please.
I went in this morning and was shocked by how amazing the service was. I have been to other urgent care places with my children and the experience was not so good. I feel so bad because I'm not sure if I am remembering the name right but I believe Heather was the tech or nurse (I'm really not sure of her title) but that is irrelevant to me. She is only 21 years old and I must say she is definitely in the right field of work. She was very attentive, kind, compassionate, and above all, educated in her field of work (IKR, she looked very young so I asked her age). I was in and out in a timely manner and very impressed by this staff member.
