Horrible experience, and, after almost a month, my Verizon account is still a mess from my visit here. I was told I was wrong with what I had always been told by Verizon regarding policies, upsold and told misinformation throughout. I could not reach the manager with issues, and Verizon Corporate unsuccessfully made repeated attempts to call to get the store to correct their mistakes on my account. Being yelled at in front of other customers when instructed by Verizon to return my phone I had been sold there, feeling threatened. This store is the worst! I will only go to a corporate store on deal directly with Verizon by phone.
Went to Tiger Town store after leaving there. Tiger Town store was extremely helpful, didn't charge me a dime, and was shocked that I was charged $30 at the opelika store.
I think the girls name was Donna, she was so attentive and helped me with all my questions! Will definitely go back!
Went in for a simple SIM card swap and help transferring contacts to new phone. Employees had no clue what they were doing. Ended up charging me $30 to "transfer" data, but half of data never transferred.
Donna and her team are fast friendly and knowledgeable on the merchandise, features and accessories for the phones and other gadgets they have in the store.
Three employees in store and nobody seemed to know what they were doing!
Horrible experience! Do not go here. The worker was literally blowing smoke when I walked in. I asked him to help me and my husband start up an account and he did everything to convince us he couldn't help us because he was out of phones right after Christmas. Both workers were lazy and wanted us to leave so they could continue to chill and not work. Go to the tigertown one!!! They're great.
