Tots and fries taste like they are cooked in grease. Grilled cheese was soggy like it had been reheated. Items missing from order.
They goofed on my order of a Diet Cherry Slush . when I ordered a medium they came out with a large which is why the price was so much higher than I expected. I told them of the error when they came out with the large. They went back in and the manager came out and gave me the medium for free which was so incredibly generous and I appreciated the generosity. They did a good job in fixing the error and I will most certainly be back.
So damn slow that we finally just left with nothing, just ordered chill tots - no excuse!
We had four people. Waited 45 min, no exaggeration, for our food to come. We recieved only 2 of the four food items we asked for. We had prepaid so we had to stay and wait for our food. This was the worst service ever recieved.
Went through the drive thru to get 3 carhop classics .On the board you could get a hamburger or chilli cheese coney with onion rings for 2.99 they wanted to say that the coney did not come with onion rings . On the board there was a picture of a chilli cheese coney or cheeseburger and said or between the pictures.
