Great customer service. I had an unsatisfactory experience here. And a manager reached out and rectified it promptly. I will definitely return.
On 04/03/2017, I placed an order for 2 # 1's w/bacon, Fry's and two drinks. Associate filled the order and I asked for a small pack of ranch for each meal instead of ketchup. We eat ranch in place of ketchup. I received only 1 pack to share between two people. I asked for another and the associate said it would cost $0.38 more for another pack. I got two burgers, two Fry's and two drinks, why not two packs of ranch!! I guess I could have given them .38 cents more, but on a $14.00 plus order, really. And the other burger and fry should have came with its own pack. They get a negative vote today! Should take advice from Chick-fil-A!!
One of the worst DQs you will ever go to. The chicken tenders are as small as Wendy's nuggets. The bread that came with it had a weird taste... Not to mention the butter that caked on. The only reason they get 2 stars is because they sell ice cream that DQ sends them. Bad location. Exterior seems run down with lack of lighting or care.
Bought an ice cream cake from herr for my husband birthday. Was they decorated like I asked didn't take long.. And they helped me carry it out tomorrow my can
DQ has some of the best chicken strips! Too bad this location is using strips that come from walmarts frozen section instead of what they should be using. Fries are not the same either. In fact. I think the only genuine DQ product they have at this location is the ice cream. I Ordered a small cone and the worker had their hands all over the bare cone after handing germ-laced-money moments before! I've been to several DQ and have the same things. I believe this store is using cheaper food items to boost profits. Does DQ support these scammers?
