The other lady who had been making the sandwiches pipes in saying “Well we can’t just push a 10% off button.” ....... the manager comes up & informs us they can only take coupons from the actual website..... after seeing how his staff was & seeing how unwilling he was to even understand what we were saying, we just walked out. We plan on escalating the issue because there is absolutely no reason for such miserable human beings to be working at a place of business. Instead of honoring a 10% coupon, they lost more $$ by making food that wasn’t paid for. I will never ever return here. I’ll be sure I don’t refer anyone here either.
The women here serving, are the best. Very customer oriented. Prices a little high but great sandwiches.
I’ve never ever had such a bad customer service experience to where I just walked out after my food had already been prepared, but this location was well worth it. When you walk in, the staff looks at you like you’re completely interrupting their day. No greeting, no customer service, no manners. NOTHING. After looking at the menu for a few seconds, I was asked in a dry-annoyed tone if I knew what I wanted . Even though these people OBVIOUSLY hate their jobs, I still continued to order just hoping to be done. When I get to the register, my partner is finishing up with their order & another lady (dry and obviously annoyed as well) comes to the register and starts asking about our order. I told her we had a 10% off coupon. It’s obvious that my partner is still trying to wrap up their order, so it’s taking a moment... I guess the lady was ready for us to be done, so she rushes us asking for the coupon. When we show her (it’s on a phone app) she starts saying there isn’t a code on the coupon and it can’t be used. Now, at this point I’m reaching my limit.... the coupon on the app verbatim states “Valid Only at the Tiger Town location” even has their address.

3 ocassions in the last 6 weeks I could not purchase what I requested. Twice they did not have because of no shipment. Last time was old they could not make sandwiches, no explanation just could not make sandwiches. I really like the sandwiches just not driving over there and being able to get sandwiches!
Horrible service. Horrible attitudes. Refusal to acknowledge promotions. Will not be back and I don’t recommend. Disappointing as other locations do not act this way.
