I went in on a cold night and the host was initially less than accommodating or thrilled to serve me. But, a Waitress, I believe Brittany, (she wasn't my waitress btw) stepped in and took charge. got me seated, turned on heaters, set the TV's up and even asked me what channels I wanted. Her effort was greatly appreciated.

Ran out of wings? 3 orders of 12 completely wrong? No managers? What in the hell? I am appalled. I'm still sitting here as we speak. This is absolutely ridiculous. Been here for almost 3 hours. I could have gone to o Charley's and ate and came back. I wish I could review twice is was so bad

Always fairly busy but service here is quick and good food
So far so good! Our server, Krista is doing a great job. She has kept everything we needed up to par. She is a blessing. Give her a promotion. She deserves it.
