Great family environment to shop. Cashier's are exceptional. I strongly recommend.
This Ross location was very very clean, and the staff was friendly, very quiet and soft spoken but friendly. The biggest problem I had was every garment I liked on was either ripped, torn, snagged, or stained. Maxi dresses were obviously stepped on and dirty, tops had lots of snags and makeup stains, and the hems and waistbands on skirts were seriously ripped or even torn mostly off. It was sad that such a well kept place with such nice people has such terribly kept merchandise.
I was greeted nicely when I came in the door. I did not have anyone ask to help me but for this visit it was okay. The cashier forgot to give me my receipt and had to go back into the store to get my receipt. Overall good visit.
discriminated against while trying on clothes. Employees are very rude. I was told that I could not assist my wife with a dress in dressing room. After that a another man was able to enter the dressing with a minor child and the employee was made aware of it and did nothing. We dropped all of our items(approximately $300 dollars worth) in a buggy and walked out. This place sucks. Please shop other stores if you can.
I think their AC is broken. Me and my friends had to leave the other day because it was so uncomfortable. Who wants to sweat while just shopping? And the two employees we spoke to said it's always that warm in there. I've noticed it the last few times I've went shopping and I can't believe that the workers and customers have to work/shop in that. Also, some of the employees are extremely rude and unprofessional. I've had two different cashiers be on the phone using Bluetooth while checking me out and didn't even speak to me besides saying the total and to swipe. Also, there's normally a long line which I really don't mind. But when the employees just yell at us to take our clothes off the hangers while we're waiting patiently in line is super tacky and unprofessional. They could have great reasons to why they ask us to do it, maybe to speed up the check out process, I'm not sure but the least you can do is be nice about it. Other than that, you will find great clothes for good prices!
