The customer service experience is not personable. I tried to use a code in the store that I retrieved from completing the receipt survey, which was 10% off my next purchase. The cashier, who did not greet me when I arrived at the register, told me that the code was for a $75 or more purchase, which sounds untruthful to me. However, I paid for my "less than $75 purchase" which was enough for Super Cash and she was so busy trying to get rid of me, she didn't give me my Super Cash, so I had to make a return trip the next day. Cashier experience is less than satisfactory.
Friendly staff and usually have a good selection of clothing.

Staff is always helpful! I love going in here to find the latest and greatest trends. I will say, however, it's kinda hard to leave here without 33 things I don't need.
Also, it's really easy to accidentally grab maternity leggings instead of regular leggings, so watch out for that.
