Hubby accidentally left two cartons of ice cream at the checkout. I called the store and they were willing to replace the lost items even though there were no registers with ice cream left behind. I'm assuming the customer behind him picked them up. I don't think it's Winn Dixie's fault so we're not replacing it. I love Winn Dixie in Opelika!

They have smiling faces!! That goes a long way. I really enjoy shopping here. We have lived in the area for two months. I have never had a bad experience here. I would say I frequent this store about 3 times a week. Also, I liked the sample of coffee I got to grab on my way in or out! For a mom of two, (under the age of 5 ) it's the little things that truly brighten my day! So, thank you everyone!
