Great place to go for fun and burning off kids energies
This was a great experience. Lots of different activities to keep you busy. We thought an hour was just enough time to get a good feel of the place. The staff is very friendly. The owner let us know that evenings are better for adults. There can be quite a few kids during the afternoons and early weekend. I highly recommend this place.
Great place to take the kids to burn off some energy. A little bit pricey at around $14 per hour to jump but the kids have a great time.
Staff was extremely rude and obviously hates kids and would be better fitted for employment elsewhere. One gent with his hoodie on told one of our kids to look at him when he was talking to him, because he was looking down at the floor.. excuse me? Who talks to someone else’s kid like this much less someone who paid to be here , oh and look them up on Facebook , see the reviews and how the constantly argue with every customer who leaves them less than stellar review!! This shows their nature ..
I was knocked off balance due to one of the employees purposely speeding up and slowing down the motor to make us fall. This injury caused me to tear my ACL, MCL, and meniscus. I now have to undergo serious knee surgery and will be out of work for weeks and on crutches for even longer. I'm highly disappointed that they allow someone to try to make the kids and participants to fall by adjust the speed and abruptly change the speeds while you're jumping. This story will continue to be shared so others won't make the same mistake I did
