Ordered at the store. Pizza came Extremely fast. Even brought the pizza out to my car.
It is upsetting that of all the papa johns I order from to find one that won't deliver to my semi though all others do. Again may policy was reason given. What makes it worst is I ordered online and gave the information where I was at which was in thier delivering area. After 15 minutes I called them to find out they already charged me credit card but were refusing to deliver to me. Why did they not call me instead and what if I not call them?? Refund was given because I am unable and refuse to take a 70 foot semi truck and trailer to pick up the order. Manager should of been responsible enough to call me if his unique papa johns policy was do not sell pizza to truck drivers over me having to do his job.
Very rude phone etiquette from David. He could not give me a delivery window. I am staying at the Marriott Auburn Hotel & Conference Center and everyone in Auburn is friendly except for papa johns. He learned I was African American and made some unwelcoming statements. He was very rude when asked to run my card and asked me questions pertaining to me transferring funds to cover the pizza fund. Papa Johns you already had problems with this with your company earlier. I want a formal apology.
Well-made pizza and an awesome staff! Worth going out of my way for the quality service.
