They say they are open until 5:00pm but when I got there at 4:31pm and no one could help me. Told me computers shut down at 4:30pm. You guys better say you are open until 4:30p or do something about your computer system. You are wasting people's time.
I came early,before it's open to transfer my out off State license..got a number, wait for hrs,my number is up,,then some came in and get my turn,2 or 3..time..so please go online, get appointment, or bring lunch,and calling sick....
They have the improvement in service. People here are willing to help me to process my issue friendly!
I prefer this location over any other in Alabama, they are friendly and efficient. I have never waited longer than 30 minutes for any service.
The people that work here are so incredibly rude! When you take your teenager in to get a license, tell your child to tell the attendant that you are taking a road test, do not say getting my driver license because apparently you are supposed to know their lingo and then when my teenager looked at me, it pissed her off and she told him not to look at me. Then when he went to take road test, the instructor used me as an example in front of entire lobby because my son moved the car up in a parking spot where he could just pull forward instead if having to back out. (I understand this, however, the instructor could have pulled me outside to state this or just failed him.) 3 hour long wwait to pay a fee for dealing with rude people, DMV should hire people that may enjoy the job because these people are miserable and obviously misery loves company.
