I left State Farm because with US agencies I would be saving nearly $70 a month. Biggest mistake ever. My first issue is you can never reach someone for anything, to pay your bill even takes 30 minutes to get someone to answer. It is a hassle. Secondly, I pay for road side every month. I needed it after a flat tire two weeks ago. I sat in my car calling us agencies numbers for 2 hours trying to reach someone bc my packet had no direct number to road side. I never reached anyone at that point and had 30 minutes till the tire shop closed so paid a tow truck out of pocket. Immediately I started calling back and sat on hold for 52 minutes before reaching a woman who assured me I would be reimbursed as soon as I went to the local location. So the very next day I go there with my receipt in hand and Lakeesha Greer told me that's not how it works. She handed me a paper I had to fill out and mail to Road side. Well now yesterday I got a letter back saying they would not be reimbursing me for the tow truck because I didn't call road side. If I am not provided a road side number and it isn't listed online... Not sure how the heck I was suppose to do that. Needless to say I am not happy and will be going elsewhere. I gave US agencies the chance to rectify the lack of customer service they provide and they failed.

I requested a quote online and I received email to call a agent at the Opelika AL office. I called Lakesha Greer received a quote. Paid over the phone the Deposit for insurance. Once I receive the email documents to sign and returned I noticed that the price was too high. So I email her to cancel. Then I called her to cancel, her msger stated she left for the day. Ms Greer, said the following day that she would look into my cancellation and get back in contact with me. 4 days passed and she didn't contact me back. I went into the local Roebuck, Al office. Thought that the matter was resolved after they spoke with Lakesha Greer, but it wasn't. She didn't cancel the policy on that day and she didn't submit a request for my refund either. So, the agent in the office after going back in a 2nd time said she requested the full refund. And now i received a check for only a portion. I had to go back in the local office today. They said they couldn't do anything. I would have to call her boss. This has been exhausting and time consuming. It's been over a month and the issue is still unresolved all bc Lakesha Greer refused to do her job and take care the issue the same day or the next day. Smh So sad.
