This dentist office refuse to forward my documentation from my appointment to another dentist after filing all of the release documentation necessary, this turned out to cost me more money due to having to do another x-ray and I feel it was a personal Vendetta held against me by this office to refuse that normal medical request through normal procedures.

They also told me that my first appointment would be free not looking up my name in the system to see that I have an appointment 3 years ago, so after immediately getting up and driving to the office and incredible tooth pain, I soon realized that I do have a bill for my visit.
Everyone at Aspen Dental, Opelika were professional, courteous and efficient, with the exception of Amy, the office manager. Her manner was quite condescending and frankly, inappropriate. Her role is not to judge a client's financial situation. It is however to provide genuine care. Were it not for the other staff members, I would have taken my business elsewhere.
