One star until I get my $6 back that one of the washes took last week.
So far I've heard nothing.
It convenient, but dirty. The brushes need cleaning. All of the vacuums don't suction well. The stall floors look bad.
I called the only numberI found, which was corporate HQ. I also filled out an online contact form.
Love this place for cleaning my car. The unlimited free vacuum is a g-dsend
No water came out for wash or rinse on one side, only clear coat Polish then dried. Had to go to other side to rewash which worked fine but did not give a receipt. Cost me $14 instead of $7. Called number listed on this site. No answer and no voice-mail to leave a msg
I went to the place and they told me card was declined. So I put it a 10 dollar bill and waited for 5 minutes it then said transaction cancelled. Please choose a wash. Leaving me out of 10 bucks still with a dirty car. I wouldn't be surprised if I see fraud on my bank statement soon. Don't ever go to this place unless you want to literally flush money down the toilet.
