My insurance company set up the rental, so I can't speak for the price. Had really good customer service from beginning to end. Ethan very helpful and courteous on the phone.
I have used the Opelika location many times before and had excellent service, but that was when Jamal was there. These days, not so happy. The last three times I used Enterprise I have had to wait in a car to be cleaned or a car to become available. I've had reservations mind you, but still have long waits. This time I made The reservation and I showed up a couple hours later than my reservation thinking perhaps I would not have the wait. )Wrong, I had the wait and the attitude. Of course I was not pleased with the wait and I told the lady that I intentionally showed up late for the pick up hoping to avoid waiting on a car. She responds, "it's kinda like a doctor's office AND I am still getting you into a car."
Pretty much have the same problems as everyone else. Never have a car available even if you do your reservation 2 to 3 weeks in advance. They say they are cleaning the cars, but once I got a car that was dirty and then once I had an issue with them thinking I turned a car in and I still had my car
