After an initial misconception a very professional lady by the name of Jennifer Rushing upped her game quickly smoothing out wrinkles. With a pleasing smile she addressed my concerns, completed a satisfactory deal and entertained my son and I while documentation was completed. I can factually state that I look forward not only to the next Ford purchase, but also a chance encounter.
Stealership not a dealership. Salesmen are less than knowledgeable about half the vehicles on their lot. Employees have beaten on and drifted customers vehicles while in for service. They advertised a dodge Hellcat giveaway that stated you have to be 18 to enter and the rightful winner was cheated out of the Hellcat because he was 18. After the dealership was called out about it they removed their advertisements of the giveaway stating that you had to be 18 to enter. I wouldn't trust pulling my car onto their lot let alone them servicing it or even attempting to buy a vehicle from them. Absolute shame of a dealership. Save yourself the time, energy, money and effort and go to a better dealership.
I have bought two vehicles from this dealership and both times it was a pleasant and hasslefree experience. Everyone was so friendly and helpful from the salesmen to the managers in making it go so smoothly. I needed a good car for traveling and they worked with me to get into something i could afford. My second car i fell in love with as soon as i saw it and they helped me get the one i wanted. They are very knowledgable about their products and will go above and beyond to help you. Thank you to everyone there for taking such good care of your customers. I have referred a few friends there who have also bought and i will continue to give them my business for any future purchases.
This was my first visit to this dealership. The experience was beyond my expectations. I was greeted by a very friendly staff. Randy were a great salesman who done an excellent job assisting with the purchase of my vehicle. During my visit I were amaze by time he spent to allow me test drive the choices of vehicles that I was interested in purchasing. My experience were completely comfortable, satisfaction and no pressure with the customer service from Randy. I have made visits to other dealerships to purchase vehicles but never receive outstanding customer service, financial options, and friendly staff. Had a wonderful experience with Kevin Ward and Blake Dorman. I almost didn’t buy from here because of a poor first impression but I’m so glad that I did come back and get the chance to work with such great folks. They made everything so simple and quick, and I will return in the future if I ever need to buy again.
