My daughter was married in Jan 2014 and we had Olga from JAM Cakery provide both her wedding cake and groom's cake. From the initial contact, Olga responded promptly and completely. We set up a tasting that was fantastic and professional. Many options were provided to us for tasting. Olga consulted with us on flavors and the accurate amount of cake needed for our number of guests. The wedding cake was stunning. The groom's cake depicted exactly what we talked about. BUT, the cake itself was perfect. The flavors were delicious and the cake was SO moist and delicate. I just took some extra cake out of the freezer last night and let it thaw. It tasted like it did the day of the wedding. This is the best wedding cake I have ever tasted and the service and artistry were superb!! Thank you Olga for making my daughter's wedding day so sweet!

Olga at JAM Cakery is amazing! My daughter's wedding cake was simply elegant and looked exactly like the picture she provided Olga. It was too pretty to mess up, but once cut into was as delicious as it looked with the strawberry jam filling. We had plenty leftover and enjoyed it for several days afterward.
J.A.M. Cakery is awesome. 100% Heath Rating!! Olga ( owner) is a perfectionist in everything she does. I have seen other people who may think they can do cake art, but until you have seen Olga's designs that are absolute perfect you will then know what perfection is. One look at her website is awe-inspiring.
Please don't consider using any other Confectionery Artist until you have taken a look at her work. I was so impressed I have her booked for November and my Husband's birthday cake!
The cupcakes she did April 6 for my daughter's wedding reception were so good and equally as artistic.We had compliment upon compliment on them. Her talent is a true gift.
